20+ Years of Global experience in Experiential Learning, Talent Development, Performance Consulting and Coaching.
Last Corporate Assignment as Head of Operations and Competency Development – Africa Continent (21 countries) for Centum Learning, a Bharti group company.
Facilitated and trained 150,000+ participants globally, with profiles ranging from CXO and Board Members to First Level Leaders.
Proficient in several Psychometric Assessments, Instruments, and Inventories, such as Situational Leadership (Master Trainer and Accreditor) from CLS, USA.

Rajesh Prothi
